Written by Abigail Cook on 01-14-25 The Little Things That Matter Nothing can truly explain the smiles and glances we share Whether it be with a friend or with someone for whom I care Life is full of surprises so I keep those exchanges close For all can change in an instant and I'll want those exchanges the most

I attended Winter Jam 2025 in Jacksonville, with Trinity Baptist Youth Group. Jam Nation artists this year were Micah Tyler, Newsong, KB, Anne Wilson, Colton Dixon and Skillet. Colton Dixon, KB, and Anne Wilson were my favorites. Those three were amazing. To worship truly, I believe it helps to know the songs you're singing. During artists we did not know as well, Ezra, app, and I hung out with friends and got something to eat.

After a wonderful morning watching Felicity and Iris, Apphia and I bike to church to meet up with Ezra. We helped him record the soundtrack for his movie. App and I biking alongside SR100, passing the gas station made it safely to church to help Ezra with his recording We left church after some rainfall. However the rain picked up again, so we stopped at CVS and then Wendy's. A big thank you to the Wendy's lady for giving us complimentary Frosty's! So this is how they change the Wendy's sign....too bad they had to do it in the rain - the rain cleared up 20 minutes later... Our bike seats got soaked. :( thankfully Wendy's has napkins ;) Passing Clay Electric...Almost home!
A poem for after Christmas (written 01-02-24)

Christmas is over, And it was a blast, Christmas is over, How long could it last? Christmas is over, But I'm still having fun, I'm staying cheerful, Cause God sent His Son! He's the reason for Christmas, And lasts all year round, He's always here with us, Easily found! Right after Christmas, Jesus isn't gone! You can always find him, In a praise song! He's in the Bible you own, And in the prayers you pray, He's living with us, Each and every day.
The Bible (an old poem I wrote a while ago)

The Bible I love to read it just because, it fills my heart and mind With all the wondrous stories, God left for us to find. Moses led the Israelites, into the Wilderness, Abraham and Sarah, with Isaac were they blessed. David brought his kingdom, to the highest it could be, Solomon built the Temple to worship the Almighty In Zion did Nehemiah, rebuild the city wall, And Esther saved her people, from destruction to them all There are so many stories, I can't name every one, But the best one of them all, is when God sent His Son. Jesus came and died, to save us from our sins, Now we can live forever, with our Holy King.

Jesus His mother was Mary, His Father my God, Upon Him I lean as my staff and my rod. He's my Savior, my Father, my Brother, and Friend, He's with me forever, even up to the end. Once I was little and shaking and scared, My Jesus He came and told me He cared. This kind of love comes from only one place, Oh, the joy I will feel, when we meet face to face.

Legoland was a whole lot of fun! Apphia and I walked around together and hung out with Mama, Papa, Ezra, and Nehemiah. The main reason we came, however, was for the very last water stunt show at Cypress Gardens, Legoland. Due to money, or something, they are discontinuing the water stunt show. Therefore, we watched the last 3 during our Legoland trip. Apphia and I got soaked after riding the "Battle of Bricksburg" ride in Lego Movie World This is me as a Banana!!! Apphia trying to help the construction worker...she didn't succeed This fisherman looks like a friend from youth group Check out this crazy wolf we found in the Kingdom Land! Uh, oh...Apphia did a naughty thing! And look at her smiling about it...XD
